* When I was at work I found problems with work they called PROACTIVE and the work FAILED.
* With analysis I found the reason for it.
. Problems were found that programming work was done by one's who DID NOT UNDERSTAND the WORK.
. They lacked understanding and experience in the area of concern.
.They did NOT take account of when the work had to be done by.
.They did not understand the work, they just looked at the programming aspect.
.Work was added which was NOT Needed to be done at this stage.
